Industrial Wall & Floor Lining Services

Chemical-resistant, hygienic, and seamless composite lining solutions for every industry

Walls and floors are often overlooked — but in high-use or high-risk environments, they endure constant exposure to chemicals, moisture, and impact. Over time, this can cause structural degradation, safety issues, and non-compliance with hygiene and environmental regulations.

That’s where Sui Generis comes in — delivering durable FRP wall and floor linings that protect your facility and extend the life of your surfaces.

Your fibreglass wall & floor linings guide

The walls and floors of industrial and commercial facilities are often overlooked — but over time, exposure to wear, chemicals, and moisture can cause significant damage. When left untreated, corrosive substances can break down mortar, brickwork and even concrete, allowing contamination to reach the ground below and posing a serious environmental risk.

An FRP (Fibre Reinforced Plastic) wall and floor lining from Sui Generis provides a complete restoration solution. We can clean, repair and coat even heavily damaged surfaces — including the reuse of existing brickwork where possible — creating a seamless, high-performance protective layer.

Thanks to its exceptional chemical resistance, our composite lining system contains spills and leaks without corroding or breaking down, offering a long-term barrier against damage.

No matter the current condition of your surfaces, investing in a cost-effective FRP restoration can help you avoid costly repairs, stay compliant, and extend the life of your facility.

Our 4-Step Wall & Floor Lining Installation Process

Surface preparation

We begin by thoroughly assessing the condition of your walls and floors. Our team mechanically prepares the surface using dust-controlled equipment, etching or lightly abrading the area to create the perfect key for resin bonding. Any loose or weak material is removed to ensure a sound substrate.

Priming and Repair

Once prepared, we apply a high-performance primer to ensure long-lasting adhesion. Damaged or uneven sections are rebuilt using suitable fillers and resins, creating a flush, uniform surface ready for composite reinforcement.

Composite Reinforcement

We apply a structural resin system reinforced with chopped strand matting, providing strength, flexibility, and chemical resistance. This creates a fully bonded, seamless barrier that follows the contours of the space, including walls, floors, upstands, and drainage systems.

Final Finishing

A final topcoat is applied after sanding the surface to ensure smoothness and consistency. Available in a range of colours, this durable, ceramic-like finish is hygienic, easy to clean, and resistant to chemicals, impact, and wear — leaving your facility protected and looking professional.
