Sui Generis were called to update 900 linear metres of roof top gutters with GRP linings.

Corroded galvanised steel gutters were cleaned and prepared before applying a waterproof GRP lining, extending the life time of the guttering and preventing water ingress into a busy factory.

The roof top project required working at height safety measures to be employed, and the works were completed within 3 weeks.

Sui Generis gutter and gully coatings and linings are designed to provide a seamless, water-tight barrier.

Before GRP lining: work begins with gutter clearance and investigation into the current state of the gutters.

Before GRP lining: a survey is conducted of problems, such as rusting, loose bolts, damage or leaking areas between gutter joints.

The completed GRP lining provides a continuous seamless membrane surface, eliminating the risk of leaks.
